CalTrax is an AI-powered calorie and macro tracking application. The Service provides tools for food logging, nutritional analysis, intermittent fasting tracking, and AI-based coaching. Features may vary based on your subscription plan.
CalTrax is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Nutritional estimates from photo analysis, barcode scanning, and AI coaching are approximations and should not be used as the sole basis for dietary decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.
CalTrax offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
You agree not to misuse CalTrax or help anyone else do so. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, transmitting malware or harmful code, using the Service to harass or harm others, or reverse engineering any aspect of the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of CalTrax — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are owned by CalTrax and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CalTrax and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether caused by tort, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of CalTrax after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
